Finance and subscriptions
The finance module unifies accounts, transactions and subscriptions with an overview and dashboard views. Data lives in a local database with audit trails and backups, which means your transaction history never leaves your device unless you enable encrypted sync yourself.
The real problem with subscriptions
The true cost of subscriptions is not any single charge but forgetting you still pay them. Keeping subscriptions next to accounts and transactions shows recurring spend as a share of the month directly, rather than as a surprise when the statement arrives. The default settlement currency is configurable.
Exchange rates
Rate data comes from public endpoints including the European Central Bank. Currency search covers the renminbi, the new Taiwan dollar and other commonly used regional currencies including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Rates serve both multi-currency settlement in the finance module and a standalone dashboard widget — no more opening a web page to convert.
World clock
The world clock supports multiple cities and 12/24-hour formats, and tells you plainly when every available city is already added. For cross-timezone work its value comes from sitting on the same screen as tasks and the timeline — you can see the other side's local time while scheduling.
Tasks and timeline
Tasks are a lightweight daily tool embedded directly in the main interface, so there is no separate checklist app to maintain. The timeline organises key progress chronologically, sharing one workspace with tasks, news and finance data.
Dashboard: decide what you look at
The dashboard is not a fixed report page but a composable workspace. Clocks, rates, tasks, AI news, hardware monitoring and key progress all exist as widgets you arrange to suit how you work. The design goal is blunt: the first screen you see should be the information you actually need that day.
Every module shares one account and one data boundary. Ordinary data such as finance and tasks stays local and, with sync enabled, is encrypted into your own Google Drive — never through 77Fox servers.
Local-first means offline-ready
These daily tools all follow the local-first principle: they work without a network and sync once the connection returns. Network-dependent data such as exchange rates falls back to the most recent fetch instead of breaking the interface.
