Connect your AI tools to your 77Fox data.

Use Claude, Cursor, Codex and other AI tools to find saved prompts, record tasks and organize your schedule. Choose what each tool can read and change.

Connect your AI tools

MCP connects AI tools to application data. 77Fox provides connection configurations for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI, VS Code, Cline, OpenCode and Windsurf. Select a client, then use its registration option or copy its configuration.

Save prompts and media

AI tools can search, read and create prompts, update categories and versions, and import reference images and videos when writing. Find those records again for your next project. Read results include prompt text and media counts, rather than the media files themselves.

Manage everyday records

With the relevant permissions, read or update tasks, timeline events, reminders, financial records, server lists, clocks and canvases. Check hardware status or open a 77Fox page. Turn action items into tasks or ask for a monthly income and expense summary.

Choose access for each client

Choose read-only, write without deletion, or full trust. Permitted writes run directly; grant deletion only when needed. Financial details, server addresses, canvas content and the API Key vault require separate permission.

Review activity and connections

Review tool calls and results in Settings, undo writes that still have a saved snapshot, pause all connections or revoke one client. Activity logs record operations without storing prompt text or other data content.

Run from the desktop app

The MCP server runs locally and listens only on the local machine. The web console does not host it. 77Fox can run in the background; connections stop when you quit the desktop app.

Get connected

  1. Enable the server — In 77Fox, open Settings → MCP server and enable it.
  2. Add a client — Select your AI tool, access level and allowed data.
  3. Finish setup — Use the registration option or copy the connection configuration, then enable 77Fox in your client. Credentials are shown once; store them securely.

Frequently asked questions

Does 77Fox need to stay open?

Yes. The Windows app hosts the MCP server and can run in the background. Opening the web console alone does not provide this connection.

Does AI automatically get all my data?

No. Each client is limited by its access level and data scope, and access can be paused or revoked. Your AI client may send retrieved content to its model provider, so grant only the access you need.

Do I confirm every write?

No. Allowed operations execute directly once write access is granted. Use read-only access for queries. Writes with a retained snapshot can be undone in Settings.
